Below you will find a lineup of this year's festivities. We hope you can make it out to celebrate!

If you would like a t-shirt, you can stop by the Chamber office to purchase. They also will be available at the park on Saturday and at the rodeo both nights.

July 12th

  • 5:30 pm - O'Neill Men's Club painting the World's Largest Shamrock @ 4th and Douglas 

  • 7:00 pm - Set up for the Summerfest Rodeo @ Carney Park Rodeo Arena

July 13th

  • 9:00 am - Duck Hunt begins in Downtown O'Neill (1 duck per household)

  • 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm - Summer ArtFest open for public display at the Old Train Depot Building, 330 East Hancock Street

  • 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm - Pop into Blush Boutique and visit with Stracke Land & Realty Agent Megan Heiss about your real estate needs. Have some popcorn and sign up for the drawing!

  • 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm - KBRX Cruise Night in Downtown O'Neill

July 14th

  • 10:00 am - Chamber of Commerce Coffee at the Carney Park Rodeo Arena

  • 12:00 pm to 7:00 pm - Summer ArtFest open for public display at the Old Train Depot Building, 330 East Hancock Street

  • 7:30 pm - Summerfest Mid-States Rodeo at the Carrol McKay Arena @ Carney Park 

  • 9:00 pm to Close - Whiplash Band at Klop's Good Timin' Bar

July 15th

  • 9:00 am to 3:00 pm – Sidewalk Sales in Downtown O'Neill

  • 9:00 am – Klop's Good Timin' Bar Rib Cookoff Begins

  • 9:00 am to 12:00 pm – Summer ArtFest open for public display at the Old Depot Building, 330 East Hancock Street

  • 9:00 am to 3:00 pm – Holt County Historical Kinkaid Museum open at the corner of 4th and Douglas

  • 2:00 pm – Historical Trolley Tour of O'Neill - meet at the Holt County Historical Kinkaid Museum at the corner of 4th and Douglas

  • 5:00 pm – Doors open to the public to sample ribs at Klop's Good Timin' Bar Rib Cookoff, $10 per plate

  • 6:30 pm - Summerfest Mid-States Rodeo at the Carroll McKey Arena in Carney Park

  • 7:30 pm - Gates open at the Community Center parking lot for the William Clark Green and American Aquarium concert

  • 9:00 pm to Close - Karaoke at Klop's Good Timin' Bar

 

FORD PARK EVENTS

  • 9:00 am to Noon - Car Show Registration at NW corner of the park
  • 9:00 am to 2:00 pm - Vendor Fair at Ford Park, vendors may stay as late as they want
  • 10:00 am to 1:00 pm - PEO Cake Walk in the Gazebo
  • Noon - KBRX Wooden Nickel Flip on the basketball court
  • Noon to 4:00 pm - Summerfest Car Show in the park
  • 12:30 pm - Turtle Races on the basketball court with prizes sponsored by Pinnacle Bank
  • 12:30 pm - Registration Opens for Youth Tractor Pull
  • 1:00 pm - Youth Tractor Pull begins, sponsored by O'Neill Lions Club
  • 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm - Sand Pile Dig for ages 1-3 on south side of the park, sand donated by Cole Sand & Gravel, dimes courtesy of the Chamber of Commerce
  • 1:30 pm to 5:00 pm - Free swimming at the pool

Sunday,
July 17th

  • 10:00 am – Church in the Park at Ford Park

  • Following the Church Service - "It's okay to not be okay" Walk for Mental Health Awareness sponsored by the Holt/Boyd Connections Collaborative and North Central District Health Department (look for the registration table)

  • Following the Church Service - O'Neil Ministerial Association will have "Old Fashioned Fun in the Park", there will be a free pulled pork lunch, carnival games, inflatables, and more! Everyone is encouraged to attend and enjoy an afternoon full of family fun!

  • 1:30 pm to 5:00 pm - Free swimming at the pool
